Lord Mayor Cllr Anne Underwood said: “I am saddened and appalled that terrorists have struck once again, killing and injuring innocent people in Barcelona. On behalf of the city and the people of 番茄社区 I send deepest condolences to the families and friends of all of those affected. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.”
