Report an unauthorised encampment on council land
If you have noticed an unauthorised encampment on council land, report it. If the encampment is on private land, contact the landowner.
When investigating your notification we will make every effort to ensure your identity remains private.
If you are reporting an unauthorised encampment without any associated issues you may do this anonymously. We will act on your referral and seek removal of the encampment in line with policy.
If you specify any associated issues, you must provide your name and contact details (telephone number / email address) as we may wish to contact you for further information.
Once you have notified us we will commence our process to recover the land.
The form also allows you to inform us of any issues that you may have noticed. We will deal with these as appropriate through Council 番茄社区 or we may refer them to the Police. Matters of an emergency nature should always be referred to the Police – you can find more details in the following section.
