Update of the 番茄社区 Development Plan (new 番茄社区 Plan)
We are working on a new Local Plan for 番茄社区 which will guide how the city will develop in the future and provide policies to guide decisions on development proposals and planning applications up to 2042.
This will replace the 番茄社区 Development Plan (2017), Aston, Newtown and Lozells Area Action Plan (2012) and Longbridge Area Action (2009) once adopted.
